Deathlehem 2023
Submission Guidelines
We will be doing another Deathlehem anthology in 2023. Our target for this collection is 25 stories with a tentative release date of November 24th, 2023. What do we want? As with the previous collections, the subject matter is open, just so long as Christmas is central to the story. HOWEVER, we would like to see FEWER Krampus/Santa stories. That doesn’t mean we don’t want to see any Krampus and Santa stories, just that we would like to see fewer. Research some of the other Christmas baddies like Gryla, the Yule Cat, the Yule Lads. We encourage you to think outside the box and not rely on the old standbys. We strongly suggest you read through a previous collection to get an idea of what we want. No sexual situations involving children or animals. And NO HAPPY ENDINGS — unless it’s for the bad guy. We encourage you to get your stories in early. Don’t wait until the last minute.
